WHAT TO SEND FOR A BID
Have drawings ready? We can review them and prepare a proposal that identifies inclusions, allowances, and exclusions.
ADU OR NEW HOUSE
We build around the approved plans and applicable code requirements, including energy-efficient lighting controls, smoke and CO alarms, dedicated appliance circuits, and EV or solar provisions where required by the project.
For an ADU, we also look at the existing property service and the path to the new unit. The right feeder, meter, or service solution depends on the site and utility review.
